They offer a wide bouquet of services across the value chain, focusing on Retail Banks, Insurance, Telecom, Retail, PSU and Government segments. The offerings span application services, systems integration, IT infrastructure management, IT training businesses, transaction printing etc.
The client is looking for a National Sales Manager for Managed Services Business.
The prospective candidate should be an astute Professional with hands on exposure into:
- Sales & Business Development of Managed IT Services Business
- Profit Centre Management
- Key Account Management
- Team Management
The broader Job responsibilities are:
- Responsible for identifying and creating new prospects in Managed Services Market.
- Key Account Management of the Existing Customers through Regional Heads.
- To ensure that customer's expectations are fulfilled and that the customer relation is handled in the best possible way within the scope of the Contract.
- Ensure continued revenue growth & customer retention
- Achieve & exceed designated revenue targets, build pipeline through constant engagement of customers and develop as well as strengthen the sales funnel.
- Develop National team. Recruit and develop executive team members.
- Effectively building and Managing relationship with top corporate accounts in India for business development
- Managing New Services Launch, Forecasting, Expense Control, Marketing Strategy, Activity Planning, analyzing competition & market trends.
