Years of Experience: 10+ years of experience, with specifically 3 - 5 years of experience in a leadership role handling a large sales team preferably from healthcare industry.
JD:
- Developing and executing the Sales Strategic plan for achieving the annual sales target
- Overall responsibility of achieving or exceeding the Sales & Distribution targets for PAN India. Ensure achievement of company's business objectives and strategy.
- Develop and achieve or exceed the sales volume/revenue goals targets as defined in the Business Plan for the sales channels and control/monitor the Sales budget to ensure optimum allocation of resources
- Conduct regular market visits to check route coverage, competitors activities and look for new business opportunities in order to safeguard the customer base and increase market share.
- Possess extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices, and an ability to coach others on them
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions
- Strong Communication, Presentation, Negotiation, skills with excellent Leadership skills to motivate and drive the team
- Should be comfortable with Pan India travelling as and when required / planned
