Job Description : Lead a pan-national sales team covering key geographic regions and zones with respective Regional and Zonal Sales Heads

Description :
- Work closely with the leadership team across internal sales functions to prepare a robust sales plan for the respective business segments, with clearly defined goals and metrics.
- Work with stakeholders to draft a sales strategy spanning across various businesses in alignment with the key business priorities as shared by the core leadership team
- Manage various internal sales functions including Core Hunter Team (New Customer Acquisition), Retention Team (Retaining Past Customers) and Pre-Sales Team (Nurturing Leads into Prospects for the Core Hunter Team)
- Proven analytical skills and demonstrated ability to manage the business ; by the numbers.
- Must be metrics-driven
