About our Client - Our client is a leading player in the diagnostics space with operations in over 30 countries providing fully functional and state of the art diagnostic services. Being in a startup phase at the moment, they have strong operations in Southern India with the intention of rapid expansion. They are hiring a National Sales Head to be based out of their headquarters in Bangalore.

Job Description - Reporting to the CEO your responsibilities will include but not be limited to. Develop new source of income and implement the Company business plan.

- To achieve business objectives and sales target for the country and manage a strong P & L.

- To manage existing customers and develop new ones, provide excellent customer service and manage relationships

- To direct, motivate, guide the sales team in achieving the business results within the budget and timelines setout at the onset.

- To identify new business avenues and opportunities (B2B) through existing and newly developed network of customers.

- To be a business partner and form a strategic alliance with the executive management team.

- Handle Key Accounts personally and strategize on building the customer base by leveraging existing relationships with hospitals, clinics and health services providers.

The Successful Candidate - You are highly driven and determined seasoned professional with a strong network in the Healthcare space specifically. You have at least 10 years of experience of working in areas of sales and business development coming from a Hospital/Diagnostic background. You have strong exposure of institutional selling, direct selling and key account management. You are a person with high level of energy, customer focus along with strong selling skills and the ambition and motivation to join an organization in its startup phase and fast-track it and yourself, to the next level.
