National Sales Head
We are currently working with an organization - food startup generating business of 2 Cr's per month through General Trade and Ecommerce, 70 % is from General Trade covering approximately 15,000 - 20,000 outlets in few states. Started by a FMCG professional from good B-school they are keen to build socially responsible and ethical organization.
- They are looking for a person with entrepreneurial passion and drive to help them build sales and distribution network for General Trade and Modern Trade as National Sales Head . This role will report into founder.
- They are looking forward for professionals who are keen to put their skin in the game and will work around wealth creation for him
This role will have annual objectives and long term objectives.
- Career path can be COO and further to CEO - they are keen to build profitable sustainable business with all health and hygiene aspects of a good quality professional organization with solid sustainable distribution infrastructure systems - process that can be foundation for next level of growth.
- Have experience working in FMCG who had experience working in Sales General Trade and Modern Trade and have handled Mid Senior Management roles and moved to entrepreneur stint and currently looking for meaning full & challenging engagement with corporate Organizations where they can lead and Develop New Business.
More importantly kind of learning this person will have will be of immense value and market value of person also will grow substantially
Qualifications & Experience :
- MBA/PGDM from a Premier B School Minimum 12 years of Sales experience from FMCG / Food/ Consumer Goods industry.
