We use fresh ingredients such as milk, yogurt, pulp/juices of various fruits & vegetables as well as fresh flowers and leaves to build personal care products for everyday use.
The founding team has a strong startup experience, is well funded and backed by tier 1 institutional investors.
Role: Retail Business Head
Build & Lead the offline business for our client
Responsibilities:
- Build the strategy to manage & drive primary sales for GT, MT, EBO for PAN India Retail sales
- Create an efficient distribution network for sales
- Own the complete P&L of offline business and drive profit targets through successful leadership, organizational plans and execution of all field operations.
- Build and lead a high performing sales team
- Leverage market data, statistics and trends to initiate new business plans and revenue streams and oversee their execution
Qualifications:
- MBA with experience of 10+years
- Should have led sales for FMCG brands
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong leadership skill
- Strong customer orientation & interest in consumer internet
- Thorough and organized
