- Sales Forecasting, Budgeting & Planning
- Managing sales across regions PAN India for Distributor Channel
- Market mapping and creating sales strategies
- Responsible for new business development
- Maintain and strengthen relationship with Channel Partners, with regular liaison.
- Work with sales team in developing and getting business from channel partners
- Visit clients, oversee client requirement, oversee solution offered/product/price etc.
- Lead and effectively conclude commercial negotiations with new clients
- Ensure receivables and inventory is as per the budgeted norms
- Supervise team members and drive business efficiencies
- Guide sales team members in the closure of deals, handling of complex issues/cases and offer solutions
- Analysing MIS reports & providing inputs to the management for developing business strategies
- Competition mapping and Market intelligence
