1. Setting up of Sales Team and Infrastructure for OTC Business
2. Provide Sales Management, Budget Control , compensation programmes and Incentive planning
3. Develop competencies and processes required to create an efficient and efficient sales organization. Provide leadership through effective communication of vision, active coaching and development while comparing sales result to goal and taking appropriate action to correct when necessary.
4. Overseeing All India Sales team, mentoring and directing strategies for success and driving sales plan. Ensure effective hiring, orientation, training, development and measurement of result to include performance appraisal and sales review.
5. Strategize and supervising Merchandising, Retailing, POS, Activation etc Managing external agencies for Field Initiative.
6. Managing Distribution, building and developing strong business relationships with new and existing channels. Managing budget of new implementation. Prepare Monthly, Quarterly and annual sales forecasts.
7. Manage to meet/ exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecast.
8. Maintain competitive knowledge to create and adjust sales strategies. Work with Market to develop and implement campaigns, promotions, competition and Market Search. Work with the supply chain team to ensure high levels of customer service and adherence to sales forecast. Managing sales reporting system. Implementation of the Customer Marketing Program of the Lupin OTC business.
9. Experience in Modern Trade and E Commerce will be an added advantage.
