National Sales Head - FMCG
- To direct the Sales team and establish sales targets brand wise, pack wise as per ABP, help them in breaking the same geographically, monthly, weekly & daily targets.
- Develop and maintain an efficient distribution network to ensure the comprehensive availability of company's products and services across the region to achieve or exceed the sales targets
- To motivate & direct Sales team to establish distribution and display objectives to meet sales targets.
- To plan and implement sales promotions.
- Have a clear focus on channels like General Trade to build Distribution, Visibility and Volumes.
- Create a culture of success and ongoing business and goal achievement.
- Manage the use of budgets.
- Define and oversee sales staff compensation and incentive programs that motivate the sales team to achieve their sales targets.
- Define and coordinate sales training programs that enable staff to achieve their potential and support company sales objectives.
-Develop a Go To Market Strategy for new product range
- Developing and implementing sales strategies- Responsible for creating strategies that align with a company's goals and objectives. This includes identifying potential new markets and opportunities, analyzing trends and data and creating sales plans to increase revenue.
Qualifications & Experience :
- MBA/PGDM from a Premier B School Minimum 12 years of Sales experience from FMCG / Food/ Consumer Goods industry.
