Channel Sales:

Sales -- Setting annual targets based on value, product volume and channels (EBOs, MBOs, Large Formats, Direct Dealer Distribution, Redistribution Stockists) to meet defined business goals

Channels -- Specify and define market coverage plans to deliver on the business target. To identify channel & product segments. Developing new channels like Direct Dealership, Master Distributor / Regional Stockiest / CSAs.

Product management -- initiatives, strategy & managing existing product categories, product mix & inventory optimization, new category & launches, product positioning, new product development. Prepare business proposals, finalization of pricing, trade payout, discount structures, trade incentives, entry pricing for new products & categories for all primary & secondary sales.

Marketing responsible for all marketing initiatives & implementation ATL/BTLs plans / policies/ budgets (loyalty programs, VMs & displays, brand & line extensions, advertisements & sales promotions, events & exhibitions, sponsorships.)

Key Accounts management and ensuring that customer relationship

Development is with the objective of business building and creating brand loyalty

Financial -- the role expectation is that of supporting the management ( Business Head) in its P&L responsibility profit center deliverables ( budgeting, channel viability, new channel investments & profitability

Business Unit management -- responsible for managing the 4 regional business units, review and manage its operations through the respective regional business heads, ensure timely Reports, smooth functioning of all the business & functional transactions and processes of these units.

Market intelligence -- will be required to stay connected to the market ( competition inputs, market practices related to pricing, products, services, customer feedback, brand positioning & their impact into our business) and report on the same

CRM --- customer complaint and resolution system. Setting up defined SLAs & proactive processes for ensuring top of the line services & delivering on the benchmarked brand image.

Span of Control & Accountability:

Finance Dept: for all departmental budget, ensure compliance with all F&A, commercial, legal, taxation & audit policies of the co:

HR Dept : for all staffing, people management, training, hiring, retention, appraisals, compensation & other processes related to business & market development support .

Distribution & Logistics Dept: for all processes to ensure smooth functioning of material planning, inventory, warehousing & distribution/logistics support back ending required for delivering on the business targets.

Summarized Purpose of Job:

This is a Senior Manager position responsible for development and execution of the entire sales revenue -- strategy, growth & expansion.
