We are working on a mandate for a client looking for a National Sales Head.
This company is the subsidiary of a global corporation with USD 3 bn in revenues.
Some details on the role are as below:
- A min of 10 years of sales/business development experience with a keen understanding of the enterprise solutions sales process.
- Should understand complex solution selling and long sales cycles.
- Strategic outlook and ability to work with a challenger brand.
- Prior experience selling to the public/govt sector would be preferred.
- Should know how do account sales. Create / penetrate new accounts.
- Don- t want anyone who only responds to RFPs.
- Should have done or is doing government / public sector sales.
- The strategic thought process should understand client requirements. Should be able to work with partners, system integrators.
- Manage complex enterprise sales on his own. Not someone who is used to the brand selling easily or allowing access to clients.
