Candidate Profile
- Should be an MBA from a reputed Institute/University.
- Should be a performer throughout in a reputed organization.
- 13-22 years experience in selling Services in a multi located pan India set up preferably in education industry.
- Highly motivated, enthusiastic, creative, independent and a leader.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills – both written and verbal
- Should have sharp analytical and reviewing abilities and an eye for details.
Job Description
- The candidate will be responsible for the overall revenue/sales of the Company for all its divisions .
- All Regional/Territory heads from sales and operations shall report to him.
- He will be responsible for business generation, expansion, market development and growth, primarily in the domain of education and training.
- He will be responsible for driving the top line besides working on business expansion through channel networks and introducing new product range. The ideal candidate should have experience of heading the retail/centre/branch sales of a reputed organization having pan India operations at national level preferably in education/ training industry.
- The ideal candidate should possess dynamic personality, desire to excel & proven leadership qualities besides sharp analytical abilities.
