Position Overview:

As the National Sales Head , you will be instrumental in expanding our reach and impact by building strong connections within student communities and educational institutions, with focus in IB/IGSE and private schools in Top 10 Cities in india. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute tailored fundraising strategies that resonate with students, aiming to raise funds for various worthy causes.

Key Responsibilities:

- School Engagement: Create engagement strategy for School, CAS staff and coordinator network

- Student Engagement: Identify, build, and nurture relationships with school management, student organizations, alumni clubs, and associations. Inspire and motivate students to actively participate in fundraising campaigns and events.

- Campaign Planning and Execution: Develop and implement fundraising strategies specifically designed for the student demographic. Lead the creation and management of student-focused crowdfunding campaigns and events. - Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor a team of student ambassadors and volunteers. Provide guidance and support to ensure the success of fundraising initiatives.

- Strategic Partnerships and Collaborations: Explore collaborations with educational institutions to facilitate and promote fundraising efforts. Foster relationships with academic advisors and administrators to gain institutional support. Establish strategic partnerships with different communities to foster engagement with Schools for School and student welfare and engagement.

- Fundraising Success: Set and achieve fundraising targets for student-led campaigns. Monitor the progress of campaigns and adjust strategies as necessary to optimize outcomes.

- Effective Communication- print and digital: Convey the impact of donations and share inspiring stories of beneficiaries to emotionally engage student donors. Utilize digital channels social media, email marketing, and other tools to reach and connect with students.

Preferred Qualifications:

- MBA with minimum 10 years of experience in fundraising

- Familiarity with crowdfunding or online fundraising platforms.

- Knowledge of best practices in student fundraising.

- An existing network within the student community.

- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms.
