- Understanding our reach, engagement, TG and market share. Creating an aggressive outreach and sales strategy for our product that will pitch our network to advertisers, brands, agencies and intermediaries for direct sales
- Building and leading a team of performing sales resources PAN India with example.
- Having a long term vision and focusing on products and areas that have a higher chance of delivering ROI in the future.
- Work with brands, agencies, internal sales team and direct customers to run successful, measurable campaigns.
- Focus around Influencer Marketing Campaigns and Branded content in the form of both Articles and Videos
- Focus on the categories Fashion, Beauty & Lifestyle in terms of both native content and ad banners.
- Ensuring quarter & annual individual and team targets are met in a timely fashion.
- Manage weekly and monthly reporting and tracking, flagging issues for internal stakeholders and report metrics appropriately.
- Analyze and report program performance; provide results and recommendations for improvement and new programs.
Who could you be? Background and Experience:
- 7+ years of experience in digital ad sales. 10+ years in overall sales experience.
- Some degree to show you can read and write.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Well versed with Digital in terms of social, web content, videos, etc.
- We are looking for young enthusiastic people who are team players and can add value to a dynamic team and are not restricted by manhours.
