With state of the art diagnostic centers they have a strong focus on providing affordable services to doctors, clients and various other hospitals as well as diagnostic centers. They are hiring a National Sales Head to be based out of their headquarters in Mumbai.
Job Description - Reporting to the CEO, your responsibilities will include Driving sales initiatives & achieving the desired targets with overall responsibility of return on investment
- Exploring sales avenues to build consumer preference and drive volumes, thereby achieving increased sales growth across India.
- Devising & driving tactical objectives to improve the profitability & reach sustainability for channel members
- Strategizing various expansion plan to effectively cover targeted cities, ensuring profitability to fund that expansion.
- Analyze and Evaluate various tests & packages & drive the most profitable in the specific region.
- Recruit, Monitor and Train personnel as well as managers and ensure optimum performance to deliver quality services in market.
The Successful Candidate - You are a seasoned sales professional with over 15 years experience in a B2B set up specifically in the healthcare Industry. You are well networked with leading hospitals, laboratories and various other diagnostic centers across India.You have strong exposure of institutional selling, direct selling and key account management. You are a person with high level of energy, customer focus along with strong selling skills and the ability to lead and manage a large team of sales professionals.
