National Sales Head - Decorative Paints

We have an urgent opening of "National Sales Head- Decorative Paints" with a leading manufacturing of Paint Industry.

Job location: Delhi

Experience: 15+ yr experience into Retail Sales

Responsibility:

- Position Reports to Director Sales

- All ZMs and Product Manager report into the position.

- Developing & implementing business plans & sales strategy for the for all India Deco Sales to ensure attainment of company objective to ensure maximum growth & profitability.

- To ensure achievement of sales & collection target across Zones.

- Manpower planning and close coordination with HR to ensure smooth acquisition and retention of manpower.

- Close coordination with Marketing team to get relevant support for dealer engagement and branding.

- To plan and execute the business development activities for the respective zone.

- Regular coordination with depots of the zone to ensure order placement and despatch are synchronised.

- Maintaining contact with dealers/channel sales partner to ensure high level of satisfaction.

- Handle customer/dealer complaints proactively and promptly.

- Developing new dealers and channel partners on a regular basis.

- Provide continuous feedback to the organization about market developments and course correction requirements.

- Responsible for training and skill enhancement of the team.

- Maintain team motivation levels and enhance employee retention.

- Close coordination with SCM, Commercial, Industrial and Project Sales.
