Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented National Sales Head to lead our sales efforrts in the CPaaS industry.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve business targets and expand market presence across the country.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and initiatives.
- Lead and manage the national sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and motivation to drive performance.
- Build strong relationships with key customers and strategic partners to enhance business opportunities.
- Analyze sales data and metrics to evaluate performance and optimize strategies.
- Build strong KPI metrics for the sales team and achieve targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product management, and operations to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
- Build a strong brand for the company, by onboarding large Enterprises as Customers.
Requirements:-
- Proven experience as a Sales Head or similar leadership role in the CPaaS industry.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Individual Contributors to manage and plan Sales targets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's / Master's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in the CPaaS industry
