National Sales Head - Travel Card
The opening is with one of the largest players in Travel Card (Fx prepaid Card) market in India with a strong retail and Corporate franchise. The Product is sold through the Bank Branches and all the leading money changers in the country.
Location: Mumbai
This National level position will be primarily responsible to drive the zonal teams for achievement of the key business metrics in terms of volume targets by a combination of existing client relationship management and new acquisitions, by providing key insights, implementation support, joint client visits and conducting regular reviews. Additionally, the position will be responsible for relationship management with key client accounts, channel partners and internal channels. The position will also drive external alliances and partnerships to advance business objectives. This strategic position is expected to provide a highly collaborative environment, interacting with and influencing senior leaders across the organization. The incumbent shall also be responsible to address the operational or training requirements of the sales team and other stakeholders.
Duties And Responsibilities :
- Achievement of the number targets in close coordination with the zonal team.
- Key account management of clients and channel partners
- Coordination with internal channels to generate leads/references.
- Responsible for project management/execution of various projects to expand/grow the portfolio.
- Leads the thought process on customer segmentation and value propositions for the corporates for new solutions and customize existing solution based on feedback from sales.
- Conceptualize & liaise with partners to develop & structure customer offers and promotions/alliances
- Portfolio monitoring & review.
Required Qualifications :
- MBA with at least 8-10 years experience.
- Experience in institutional/corporate sales.
- Travel (Forex) Card Product/sales experience
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong service orientation.
- Strong innovative skills to come up with out-of-the-box thinking.
