Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Team Management:
- Oversee and manage a team of over 75 sales professionals across various regions.
- Set clear objectives, provide guidance, and conduct performance reviews to ensure team effectiveness and high motivation levels.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and performance of the sales team.
Strategic Sales Planning:
- Formulate and execute nationwide sales strategies to achieve company targets and expand market share.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and threats.
Revenue Growth:
- Drive revenue growth by setting and achieving sales targets for each region.
- Develop and manage key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Market Expansion:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in untapped markets and regions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with major distributors, retailers, and key clients across the country.
Collaboration & Coordination:
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment with sales goals and strategies.
- Coordinate with regional managers to streamline operations and improve sales efficiency.
Reporting & Analysis:
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Utilize data-driven insights to refine sales strategies and enhance overall performance.
