Experience Minimum 15-18 years of Channel Sales in FMCG/Telecom/Consumer Durables/Paints/food and beverages with last 3-4 years sales experience in FMCG industry. Should be either handling national role currently or large regional territory. If not in a national role currently, should have seen atleast 3 out of 4 regions in the country. Modern trade experience is a must. Execution ability is a key for the success of the role

Profile:
Responsible for driving the revenue through all the mode of product sales including distribution, channel sales, modern trade, govt business, tele shopping etc. The position will be accountable for expanding product reach and adoption in the country through appropriate channel strategy. The position will drive sales through distribution expansion and adding new channels for product sales. The incumbent will also provide leadership and direction to sales automation, sales capability building market visibility agendas for the products business. The business currently does about 350 Crs. Revenue per annum
