Our client is a mid size company having pan India presence, Leader in Consumer IT and Enterprise space.
Job Description
1). Responsible for growth of business across all pipes: General trade, Modern trade & e-Commerce.
2). Setting direction & formulating strategies as a part of the core leadership team of the organisations.
3). Scan the environment to understand competitors - activities, demand supply scenario, regulatory issues to formulate strategies for increasing market share.
4). Establish and maintain effective internal relationships with each functional head and monitor performance .
5). Ensure an increased market share and profitability by facilitating market development, brand management and business development.
6).Prepare necessary plans and budgets, including personnel, capital expenditures, and operating costs.
7). Evolve policies for driving sales Excellence through building capability, training programs and motivation programs .
8) Ensure to develop the team for future challenges and upgraded roles and higher responsibilities
The Successful Applicant
- At least 15 years of sales experience, including a minimum of 5 years managing sales teams and developing key strategic accounts in a leadership role.
- Business and analytical skills to oversee financial and administrative areas including sales administration, financial reporting, planning and budgeting, sales support, etc.
