- Responsible for sales, contribution margins, budgetary compliance and manage expenses with in agreed budgets or less. Responsible for the P&L for the vertical.
- Develop, implement and execute strategic and tactical programs/initiatives for the vertical in line with the company's vision, mission and values.
- Prepare annual spend budget for BTL, ATL, Schemes etc wrt vertical requirement.
- Work with principal stakeholders on improving product quality and enhancing the brand image and brand value.
- Ensure that all relevant departments' focus/initiatives are correctly prioritized in order to meet the Vertical's final customer and company goals.
- Oversee the product/portfolio life cycle and in so doing be responsible for the strategic planning and tactical activities required for overall vertical growth and management.
- Develop and manage product pricing strategy for various product lines in the vertical with relevant commercial and quoting teams to get established margin.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, prospective customers and other business partners.
- Gather market intelligence to help formulate appropriate strategies for the vertical.
- Define resource requirements required to grow businesses in the relevant Business Regions and segments.
- Develop and track key performance indicators and ensure that the team is equipped to achieve these-including leadership, goal setting and review, development and follow-up, performance,etc. in line with the organization's goals.
- Adhere to organizational compliance requirements and ensure compliance with all company procedures, define and implement new processes and capabilities as relevant.
