National Sales Head - Channel Sales


- The Sales Head exercises complete responsibility for developing & managing a business operation Pan India that increases sales, profitability, market share, customer & client satisfaction by directing, coordinating & monitoring all sales, branch activities & personal development activities.

- Focus on building and developing the sales team by enhancing the workforce and motivating them for revenue generation.

- Other responsibilities include conceptualizing and implementing market strategies, contests, and distribution networks to achieve revenue targets and increase market share.

- Coordinate with other departments, such as Manufacturing, Production, Logistics, and Training, to ensure smooth business operations.

- Develop strategies for market expansion and the creation of new business units.

- Conduct regular reviews with the sales force to assess their performance and devise action plans for future growth.

- Strategize and implement plans for areas such as product mix, customer satisfaction and service, persistence, and activation.

- Plan monthly business production and recruitment activities for management.

Qualification & Experience :

- Should be Graduate or MBA with minimum 15 years of experience in General Trade from innerwear, apparel, garment, textile, or fabric sales and possess good knowledge and expertise in fabrics, elastics, and textiles.

Skills and Abilities :

- Must have strong business acumen.

- Should be able to communicate effectively in a business context.

- Must have a strong market presence and be well-networked.

- Should possess good market intelligence.

- Must have excellent presentation skills.

- Should be able to identify business potential in various environments and translate it into business prospects or relationships.
