With changing times, the way a customer chooses to invest in a commodity like Real Estate has widely progressed.

Gone are the days when fake listing or unauthentic supplier network worked to get traffic and conversions. Consumers and businesses today demand more objective decision pointers than just listings.

Our client, a pivotal organization designing online realty as an experience zone for over 11 years is looking to strengthen the leadership team with a forward thinker as Head-Business (National). The organization has a massive growth story starting from India to Singapore and Dubai.

What does this role hold for you ?

- The National Head - Sales/Business Unit, the incumbent will lead a team of City Heads, to sell Primary properties through Direct sales Teams.

- The person will be responsible for Revenues of the Business, and the Business Margin (revenue fewer sales CTC less marketing costs less seating costs). This will involve maintaining the teams at the current size, by hiring to back-fill from the market, and manage attrition to low levels.

- Represent and strengthen the team of 300+ professionals covering each critical aspect of the value chain starting from identification to conversion to sales.

- The National Head - Sales will be expected to review the performance of all cities and work with the City Heads to ensure monthly revenue targets are met.

- He will also liaise with Marketing and Technology functions to ensure adequate inputs to the Sales Teams from these functions.

- The role will report to the Chief Executive Officer and will be based out of Gurgaon.

Apply if you have :

- 16-20 years of work experience, with a meaningful part in managing Direct Sales (Real Estate Broking, Credit Card sales, Direct selling of insurance, Telecoms)

- Basic knowledge and understanding of Real Estate products, and preferable some experience of the same

- Strategized and executed a company-level sales plan and responsible for P/L for Primary sales

- Ability to maintain & analyze the competitors- product & new activities in the market.

- Current Compensation of INR 70L - 90L

- Preparing short/long term plans to counter them

- Played a national/large regional role in the past (to demonstrate bandwidth to manage a team spread across the country)
