National Sales Head - Business Loan Segment

About the job:

- Keen interest and experience in the Business Loans segment

- Strong written and oral communication skills

- Strong interpersonal skills

- Willing to travel to branch locations to train and motivate teams

- Research new branch locations to be opened and get hiring done as per plan

- Drive sales contests and track RM / Branch productivity

- Understand portfolio MIS, repayment trends and feedback for product changes

- Proficiency in MS Office, primarily Excel and PowerPoint

- Should be excited in growing the business and be passionate about sales culture

- Own the P&L for each branch and should be able to drive each BM accordingly

- Should work closely with Credit Team to understand portfolio behaviour and take appropriate actions fast

- Should be agile to new ideas as we move to digitize the customer journey and explore new products like Business LAP, Solar Loans etc.

- Needs to work with Solar Team and Business team
