National Sales Head (only from building material industry)

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Responsible for EBITDA achievement

- Monitor MOM, PAM, Collections, Bad debts, FCF

- Formulate and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue and market share targets

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and potential threats.

- Identify and prioritize key market segments and geographic areas for growth

- Set clear performance expectations and conduct regular performance reviews.

- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

- Develop and implement a robust sales forecasting process.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and strategic partners.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective customer engagement strategies, develop pitches, etc.

- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and key performance indicators.

- Ensure that the sales team operates within budgetary constraints.

- Collaborate with other departments, such as operations, marketing, and finance, to ensure alignment and synergy in business operations.

- Provide coaching and trainings to team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.

- Identify areas for improvement in sales processes and implement necessary changes.

- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the sales team

Qualification & Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. MBA is preferable

- 15+ years of experience in sales leadership, preferably from RMC or related industry

- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets

- Ability to turn around a loss-making Sales team

- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
