- Drive sales in India along with new business development
- Manage a team of regional sales manager also be responsible for the logistics and warehouse activities
- Responsible for overall 4 Zonal Sales targets
- Responsible for Distribution Expansion, Distributor Management and Sales Operation.
- Dealer Management - Identify, meeting and maintaining relationship with the Key Dealers
The Successful Applicant
- Candidate should be from the building material industry (Cement, Auto, Paints, Ceramics, Pipes, Tubes & Fittings, Glass, plywood, Sanitary ware etc)
- Candidate should have a strong network with the Architects and contractors
- He should have been in a team management
- Excellent communication skills
Experience : 12 to 20 years
