- The National Head - Sales for will lead a team of City Heads, to sell Primary properties through Direct sales Teams. - The person will be responsible for Revenues of the Business, and the Business Margin (revenue less sales CTC less marketing costs less seating costs). - This will involve maintaining the teams at current size, by hiring to back-fill from the market, and manage attrition to low levels. - The National Head - Sales will be expected to review performance of all cities and work with the City Heads to ensure monthly revenue targets are met. - He will also liaise with Marketing and Technology functions to ensure adequate inputs to the Sales Teams from these functions. - The role will report to the Chief Operating Officer and will be based out of Gurgaon Apply if you have : - 20+years of work experience, with a meaningful part in managing Direct Sales (Real Estate Broking, Credit Card sales, direct selling of insurance, Telecoms) - Basic knowledge and understanding of Real Estate products, and preferable some experience of the same. - Strategized and executed company level sales plan and responsible for P/L for Primary sales - Ability to maintain &amp; analyze the competitors- product &amp; new activities in the market. - Preparing short/long term plans to counter them - Played a national / large regional role in the past (to demonstrate bandwidth to manage a team spread across the country)
