National Sales Head - B2C - Healthcare D2C


The National Sales will be responsible for : Success in D2C Sales, having managed large (100+) sales field force with around 15 years of experience.

Sales Strategy Development and Execution:

- Strategize and implement sales plans and incentive structures to achieve revenue goals and enhance productivity.

- Analyze market dynamics and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

- Define sales objectives, targets, incentives, and KPIs aligned with corporate objectives.

Team Leadership and Management:

- Lead a diverse field team, including sales managers and inside sales representatives.

- Provide comprehensive guidance, training, and mentorship to ensure team motivation and readiness to meet sales targets.

- Establish clear performance expectations, conduct regular reviews, and acknowledge high achievers.

Clinic Relationship Management:

- Cultivate and sustain robust partnerships with clinics.

- Collaborate closely with clinics to comprehend their requirements and promptly address concerns.

Sales Planning and Execution:

- Develop strategic sales plans and forecasts for various product categories and geographic regions.

- Monitor sales performance, scrutinize data insights, and pinpoint areas for enhancement.

- Propose below-the-line (BTL) activities to explore new sales opportunities.

Market Expansion and Business Development:

- Identify and capitalize on emerging opportunities, channels, and markets to bolster market presence and share.

- Conduct comprehensive market research, competitor assessments, and feasibility studies to support business growth initiatives.

Budgeting and Financial Oversight:

- Prepare and administer the sales budget, ensuring adherence to financial parameters.

- Monitor sales expenditures, assess financial performance, and recommend cost-saving measures.

- Generate sales forecasts, projections, and reports for senior management evaluation.
