What will you deliver?
- Managing the complete P/L responsibility of National Sales - PAN India
- Lead, manage and grow the current client base and develop prospective customers to meet goals
- Lead the Indian sales team in achieving customer acquisition targets and goals.
- Developing & Manage B2B Sales
- Manage a team of 500+ Sales Team
- Should have a strong people/customer orientation with a strong sales strategy/business outlook
What you should be known for:
- Minimum 18+ years of experience.
- Strong B2B selling experience. Should have the experience of working in a tough market condition
- National Experience of handling entire Indian sales, and being part of the leadership team in the current company, is an absolute must.
- Outstanding communication and persuasion skills, a pleasing personality, high degree of problem-solving skills, ability to develop business revenue and growth and scale the business.
