- Responsible for acquiring new business, sustaining existing business, increasing market share, key account management, aligning products to customer applications, budgeting and sales forecasting.
- Regular interactions with Automobile manufacturers in PAN India from time to time approvals and recommendations of new products.
- Business development and sales orientations scheme preparation, presentations and implementation for new Business.
- Sales target achievement both individual and PAN India level.
- Leading a team to ensure target achievement.
- OEM sales, collections & credit management.
- Responsible of marketing planning, business development in PAN India Level.
- Capability Development program planning for B2B Sales team.
- Design and Drive Sales and Customer policy.
- Plan organization structure to enhance productivity, efficiency and effectiveness of B2B Sales.
- Build strategy and action plan for smooth implementation of changes to organization structure and ways of working in sales team.
- Review & Implement technological support required for future sales processes and ways of working.
