1. Developing Sales Strategies:

- Formulate and implement sales strategies/schemes to drive topline growth.

- Prepare innovative plans to achieve higher value realization and brand management

2. Setting Sales Targets: Set sales targets and quotas for the sales team, monitor their performance, and provide regular feedback

3. Managing and Motivating the Sales Team: Recruit, train, and coach sales team members to ensure they have the skills and resources to succeed. Motivate the team to achieve individual and team goals.

4. Building Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders. Address their needs, resolve issues, and foster long-term partnerships.

5. Collaborating with Other Departments: Work with marketing, product development, and operations teams to align sales strategies with product launches, promotions, and business initiatives.

6. Analysing Sales Data: Use analytics tools to analyse sales performance, identify opportunities for growth, and report successes and weaknesses to senior management

7. Conducting Sales Meetings: Hold regular sales meetings, performance reviews and coaching sessions to provide feedback, address challenges, and recognize achievements

8. Ensuring Compliance: Ensure compliance with sales policies, procedures, and regulations, including pricing guidelines, contract terms, and ethical standards.

9. Managing Key Accounts & channel management : Lead negotiations, resolve conflicts, and close high-value sales opportunities. Manage and expand dealers & distributor network

10. Representing the Company: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote brand awareness, generate leads, and build professional networks.
