3. Responsible for Urban And Rural GTM / Channel Strategy & Roll Out
4) Sales Capability - creation & rollout of all capability initiatives strengthening key competencies,

6) Should have minimum 3 Indian geographical work Area experience, and "Must having south India experience work experience
7) Should have experience in Sales of FMCG Products (Personal Care, Home Care) or Pharmaceuticals(OTC Division)
8) Should be currently responsible for national (preferable) or at least any two regions contributing significantly to the overall target
