About our Client - Our client is one of the Global FMCG players headquartered out of Delhi/NCR. They have been clocking a good growth rate and to continue with the same they are focusing on distribution expansion and new Go-to-Market strategy for which they are looking for a Sales Development manager with previous experience in sales development, distribution expansion and GTM strategy

Job Description - Reporting into the Head for 4 Sales Development and Strategy you will have direct reporting of 4 Regional sales Development managers and store executives and will be responsible for:

- Understand the Go-to-market models in the industry and design best-in-class solutions.

- Lead strategic projects to leverage opportunities in the GTM processes and channel partner capabilities to enable sales growth. These will include projects to enable controlled sales growth

- Align GTM models with Customer Marketing, Modern Trade, Rural Sales and Marketing Teams to ensure access of our products to the last mile.

- Work with Region Heads and RSMs to monitor the Go-to-market solutions implementation across regions and enable the change management in partnership with RSDMs

- Continuous review and development of Sales Systems, Processes and SOPs to ensure access at outlet level

- Review Infrastructure Requirement and work with the team for execution across nation wide distributors

- Drive commercial efficiencies in the GTM through optimization of channel partner commercial models

The Successful Candidate - You should be MBA from Premier B school with 7-10 years of experience (2004-06 batches) with minimum of 4 years of experience in field sales and at least 2 years of experience in sales development, distribution expansion or GTM strategy. You should be currently working with only a top tier FMCG organization. You should have Strong Knowledge of FMCG Sales Systems & Processes

- Should be familiar with product categories & best practices associated with them.

- Understanding of and experience in building Trade Partnerships.

- Through understanding of all trade channels, distributor and depot operations.
