Our client is one of the largest FMCG players in the world. Well known for its innovative product portfolio, they are looking for a National Rural Alliances manager. They are widely regarded as an employer of choice and are currently looking at embarking on an ambitious growth plan. They are an organization with wide presence abroad and in India.
Job Description:
Reporting to the Rural Business Head, you will be responsible for:
- Setting up and growing the rural business model
- Growing and developing new alliances by closely working with the NGOs and other local agencies
- Building partnerships in order to develop the business and increase the market share
- Ownership of the profitability of the business
The Successful Candidate:
- You will be an MBA and should have prior experience of working in the rural market.
- An ideal candidate should have worked in the rural market handling the alliances and activations.
- A candidate with experience in village level entrepreneurship/micro financing role will be preferred.
- The client is looking for someone with excellent communication skills and an analytical approach towards work.
