Key Responsibilities:


Client Relationship Management:

- Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with new and existing clients in the Indian market, understanding their financial goals, risk appetite, and investment preferences within the local context. (Clients-Sub Brokers, HNIs)

- Engage regularly with clients through meetings, calls, and correspondence, offering personalized investment advice, insights on Indian market trends, and updates on portfolio performance.

- Address client queries and concerns promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and trust.

Business Development:

- Identify potential high-value clients and target segments within the Indian market, devising strategies to acquire new business and expand our client base.

- Actively network within the Indian financial community, participate in Indian stock market events, seminars, and conferences to generate leads, and elevate our brand presence.

- Collaborate with the marketing and research teams to create compelling sales materials, presentations, and market analyses tailored to the Indian stock market landscape.

Investment Advisory:

- Analyze Indian market trends, macroeconomic indicators, and company performance, offering accurate and timely investment recommendations relevant to the Indian context.

- Develop customized investment strategies aligned with clients financial objectives and the dynamics of the Indian stock market, optimizing their equity portfolios.

Sales Execution:

- Present equity broking products and services specifically tailored to the Indian stock market, highlighting their features, advantages, and potential returns within the Indian regulatory framework.

Performance Tracking:

- Monitor and evaluate the performance of Indian equity portfolios, adjusting based on Indian market conditions and evolving client goals.

- Regularly provide performance reports and updates to Indian clients, demonstrating the value of our services within the context of the Indian stock market.

Regulatory Compliance:

- Stay updated with Indian market regulations, market trends, and financial news, ensuring full compliance with Indian regulatory standards.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Master's degree in finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; additional qualifications such as certifications in the Indian financial sector (e.g., NISM Series) are advantageous.

- Demonstrated success in sales within the Indian financial services industry, ideally with experience in equity broking or investment advisory for major Indian states. 8-10 years.

- Thorough understanding of the Indian stock market, equity products, trading strategies, and investment instruments.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and spoken, tailored to the Indian market cultural nuances.

- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and convey insights effectively to Indian clients.

- Proven track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets in the Indian financial sector.

- Proficiency in utilizing financial software and tools specific to the Indian market for analysis, reporting, and trading.

- Strong ethical values and a commitment to adhering to Indian regulatory requirements.

- Ability to work autonomously, manage an Indian client portfolio, and excel in a fast-paced environment.
