About our Client - Our client is one of the most recognizable brands in the world, with operations in around a hundred countries. Having launched the India business more than two decade's ago, and having operations across all major cities in the country. They are looking to hire a National Retail Operations Manager to handle retail operations across the country.

Job Description - As a National Retail Operations Manager, you will directly responsible for store operations across company owned store, and also the franchisee store in the tier 1 cities. You primary responsibilities will include:

- Covering all aspects of retail operations, right from maintain stock levels, to sales collections.

- Working on recruitment, training and development of all front end salesman.

- Handling in store marketing and communications for different range of products.

- Providing market research and consumer taste preferences to the central management team.

- Establishing best practices, and CRM techniques at the retail front.

The Successful Candidate - You will be a post-graduate from a good B-School with atleast 6 years of post qualification experience, including atleast 2 years in hardcore retail sales & marketing. The client is looking for someone who has a customer centric approach to work. You should excellent communication skills, and a strategic bent of mind.
