Job Location: Delhi

Experience: 10-20 Years

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

- Handle sales operations of modern retail formats

- Analyze sales trend for the region and suggest ideas to improve

- Review sales performance store-wise/ category-wise/ month & year-wise & do target vs achievement analysis

- Ensuring that display in store are as per display master and strategy .

- Report category gaps considering current demands of catchment/ changing store & brand mix

- Manage front end staff related to their recruitment, deployment, training and exit formalities

- Ensure inventory management is efficiently done for the region - timely stock audits, compliance of stock audit, availability of right merchandise as per store plan & no pilferages at stores shall happen, reinforcing exchange policy with chains .

- Closely monitor competitors, track market trends and suggest relevant action points to HO

- Take responsibility of sales staff by taking regular performance reviews, motivating & retaining them

- Close coordination with marketing and planning department to ensure brand image and consistency.

Key Performance Indicators:

- Primary and secondary sales target achievement.

- SAP management and quality improvement.

- Reduction in defective watches in RTV cases.

- Maintaining display master as per display strategy.

- Space and location improvement in stores.

- SAP cost control.

- Relationship building with partners.

Skills Required:

- Strong analytical skills & problem-solving attitude

- Take initiatives and show enthusiasm at work

- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong negotiation skills

- Team handling ability (direct reports: 2-3 and indirect reports: 30-40)

Qualification & Experience:

- Total experience required - 10 + years

- Relevant industry experience of watches, fashion, apparels, key account management & retail sales

- Prior experience in hiring & training sales promoters

- Strong academics having 60% throughout is mandatory; MBA from top B-School is preferred

- Hands on experience with MS Office, exposure to ERP and CRM software will be added advantage
