National Retail Manager - FMCG

Job Description:

Position : National Retail Manager

Organization : Reputed FMCG

Location : Mumbai

Reports to : Business Head

Experience required : 8 - 10 years in retail with luxury products/cosmetics/fragrances.

Key relationships

Coordination with:

- Retailers/ Key Accounts

- Distributor

- Marketing

- Logistics

- Credit Management Team

Responsibilities:

Achieving Sell in targets of the brand

- Drive sellout through regional supervisors

- Liasoning with the retailers for space allocations, Brand activities

- Selective Distribution increase

- Ensure good stock management at counters

- Maintain credit guidelines

Key Deliverables

- Achieve the monthly Sell in and Sell out number

- Distribution Increase as per budget in both traditional and Modern retail

- Lead and coach a team of Supervisors

- Maintain the image of the brand in all outlets through the brand guidelines given

- Maintain the prescribed Stock days and Credit norms at distributor
