Leading Telecom Company With Pan India Operations are Looking for National Relationship Manager - B2B (Large Channel Sales) for their Chennai Location.
Job Description :
1. The role holder will primarily manage Channel sales.
2. Design and spearhead - Multi channel strategy to achieve desired sales for the assigned business segment.
3. Lead the process of coming up with channel development strategies for different geographies and market dynamics.
4. Channel development - Prepare options for channel partnerships in different geographies & Nationally.
5. Develop, manage and own the business channels in-terms of ROI, margin structures etc
6. Prepare and implement templates for ROI modelling, distributor assessment etc
7. Responsible for channel profitability
8. Build and maintain the customer relationship with decision makers in strategic or valued channel partners.
9. Develop the existing Channel Partners and actively engage with them for creating New opportunities.
10. Appoint new Channel Partners as per guidelines of the organization.
11. Responsible for the achievement of the customer acquisition & revenue targets for the assigned zone.
12. Assist the Channel Sales Lead in developing competitive sales strategy for the assigned territory considering all significant external (competition info, customer needs etc.) & internal factors (business strategy, sales targets etc.) & implement the same through sales associates.
13. Keep a track of the clients business initiatives and future plans and analyse its impact on the business in coordination with top Management
Desired candidate profile:
1. We expect the candidate to bring with him/her 5 years of experience into Large Channel Sales (Telecom Sales will be an added advantage).
2. Preferably from an Enterprise Telecom/Technology / IT Sales roles /E-commerce platforms/ BFSI segment.
3. Proven record in handling a Rolodex of relationships that can be potential clients for the 'Enterprise Solution'.
4. Candidates should have a strong educational background. A Masters- degree from premier B Schools preferred.
5. Should have handled large volumes of sales and worked for organizations with strong sales processes.
6. Should have built and managed teams in the current/previous role.
7. A balanced mix of a 'thinker' and a 'doer'.
8. Candidates with - entrepreneurial- skills and proven expertise in the growth and development of SBUs.
9. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with Strong sales background
