Roles & Responsibilities :


- Account Management Acting as the custodian of named clients, will be responsible for all official communication channels between clients Company. Entire ownership of the client from end to end.


- Annual/Monthly Business target achievements


- Team Management, Team Training


- Client (Insurance Company) Relationship Development at multi-level HO, Region, Branch, Ops, Sales.


- High internal cross functional / departmental (Ops, IT, Finance, Network, Strategy , etc ) coordination on a day to day basis.


- Client (Insurance Company) Escalation Management


- Directly Responsible for Volumes & Growth Strategy for assigned clients / region.


- Travel across regions / branches to develop new locations. Inter city & intra city travelling for meetings.


- Regular client review internally and externally


- Deep understanding of client buying behaviour


- New Client Acquisition Add few more client to his existing kitty


- Upsell & Cross Sell new services to client


- Audit facilitation for his/her respective clients


- IT Project coordination


- Billing & Recovery responsibility from assigned clients


- Contract renewals / Additional addendum / compliance related to client, Tender / RFP participation.


- Managing commercial, Negotiation and other process related requirements with client


- Planning network expansion growth for the client along with network team


- Overall ownership of the client with respect to End to End requirements fulfilment , Internal coordination and strategy making for target achievement for named accounts remains with NRM.
