We are currently hiring for "National Program Head" with a leading scaled startup based out in Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities:-

- Scale the Program from Scratch.

- Develop strategies to ensure there is a constant influx of riders from tier 2/3/4 cities across various states PAN India.

- Build campaigns to attract talent from remote locations and ensure seamless execution from accommodation scouting to vehicle provision to order delivery.

- Ensure NPS of all riders.

- Program manage the lifecycle of riders at scale.

- Create dashboards and systems to flag all the inefficiencies reatime to the ground teams.

- Build teams ground up to flag and improve operations realtime by bringing in groundbreaking interventions.

- Constantly strive to automate all the above processes.

- Formulate, organize and monitor inter-connected projects

- Decide on suitable strategies and objectives

- Coordinate cross-project activities

- Lead and evaluate project managers and other staff

- Develop and control deadlines, budgets and activities

- Apply change, risk and resource management

- Assume responsibility for the program's people and vendors

- Assess program performance and aim to maximize ROI

- Resolve projects' higher scope issues

- Prepare reports for program directors

Key Requirements:-

- People with endless curiosity and hunger to learn

- Operators obsessed with customer experience

- People good at Planning & Organizing, Systems & Process Orientation and Result Orientation.

- People who are data oriented, see patterns and trends, generate alternatives & draw inferences.

- People who are good at managing relationships, good at conflict management and who work collaboratively.

- People with working knowledge of SQL

- Proven experience as a Program Manager or other managerial position

- Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods

- Excellent Knowledge of performance evaluation and change management principles

- Excellent knowledge of MS Office; working knowledge of program/project management software (Basecamp, MS Project etc. ) is a strong advantage

- Outstanding leadership and organizational skills

- Excellent communication skills

- Excellent problem-solving ability
