Must have exposure financial products catering to SMEs, MSMEs & Corporates such as Secured SME loans, Equipment Finance (Professional, Medical, Office, Printing &Industrial), Loans against Property, Special product:- Term loan to educational institutions, Hospital Infra Lending, Personal loans, Business loans, etc
Should have product expertise in Medical, Printing & Industrial Equipment Finance
Key Responsibilities Area:
- Conceptualized & Execution of Product strategy for Medical Equipment, Printing and Industrial Equipment Finance - Developed new product line not only suitable for urban but also semi-urban and rural customer segment.
- Manage complete development and implementation of product functionality - Preparing credit policies, customer journey, internal processes, system modalities and product setup, developed frontend of LOS/LMS.
- Implementation of maximum possible digitization and automation - Developed digital login till digital disbursement automation.
- Conduct Market research on various offerings and best practices - Understanding competition product offering thereby continually improving product policies and processes.
- Manage business tie-ups with key OEMs/manufactures/suppliers and refurbished dealers. Execute partnership agreements/referral agreements/MOU
Leading sales planning - Conducting monthly business strategy with business leaders and developing incentive schemes for internal sales team, DSA and dealers.
- Collaborating for co-lending - Developed policy process and tech integration for co-lending
- Build & maintain effective long term relationship with key Channel Partners, Manufacturers & their regional team, Dealers, Branch Network and Customers.
- Identify opportunities for growth of product & participate in transition of forming of policies accordingly
