National Product Manager - Credit Cards - NBFC

- Plan, lead and execute business impacting cross functional projects

- Lead the overall product management team to deliver product profitability metric's as per business plans

- Partner with Sales, Risk, IT, Operations and Underwriting in planning and executing the overall business plan on pre and post-acquisition policies and portfolio performance

- Ensure frictionless partner management with cobrand partner through Seamless collaboration across all partnership facets

- To design, deliver and lead disruptive capabilities that would result in superior credit card P&L metric's

- Partner the business head in driving Strategy, Reporting, Partner Management and the overall P&L

- Lead responsibility for the performance, motivation and development of the overall Product Management Team

- Creating a strong & compliant Product Management culture to drive acquisitions, profitability and employee development.

- Ensuring highest levels of employee relationship, motivation & engagement to drive results & high levels of employee satisfaction.
