Job Description-
Driving the top line and IRR
Business Development
- Monthly meetings and reviews with top OEM's
- Market share tracking and market feedback
- Agreement renewals, claims and Issue resolution with OEM's
- Festival schemes and special initiatives to be worked out for OEMs
- New product and process development
- Facilitating BTL tie ups with OEMs
- Consolidating and recommending payouts and pricing policy to the NBH
- Monitoring and exception review of TA and RC Limit, handle management - Issuance, issue resolution, closure and training
Channel Management
- Preparing channel collaterals, schemes change and communicating to the channel
- Taking various initiatives to ensure that the voice of the channel reaches the management team of company
- Having oversight and ownership of channel SOP
Process
- Owner to the sales SOPs and ensures that these are updated on half yearly basis
- Process efficiency and SLA tracking and making necessary changes on the same
- Owner of POS and initiates the BRDs as and when required
Product Planning and review
- Ownership of product P&L and single point contact for the strategy team and the product P&L agenda
- Analyze, review the existing products and policies to identify gaps and improvement areas (TAT, Delivery, Process, Training, Documentation) and to address the right segments and identify new segments to drive the top line
- Track the performance of our products on various parameters and identify avenues to improve profitability including OEM and model mix as required
- Provide inputs to NBH, RBH to enable him to take corrective action and meet the product profitability target
- Meet all RBH, Zonal Heads to understand the ground reality
Communication
- Communicating Company schemes through various means (mail, leaflet etc in local language/vernacular) to the OEMs
- Developing various training modules for channels and dealers
Training and adherence to compliance norms
- Regular interaction with the Zonal leadership teams to guide, counsel, hand hold to enhance performance
- Training the team on product knowledge, to enable them to pitch the right deals in order to increase productivity for Sales
