Job Profile

- To prepare a blueprint for Industry

- Responsible for New Client tie ups and renewals of tie ups .

- To develop industrial research and consultancy

- To conduct continuing and updation programs for industrial personnel

- To contact prospective employers to determine needs and to explain placement service.

- To serve as a single point of contact of university to provide industry related details for accreditation, ranking agencies, government and other expert committees

- Ensuring excellent rapport & relationship with clients

- To promote employer visitation and on-campus recruiting efforts and plans and organize on-site employer visits

- Meet HR Head's of the organization, give them detailed Presentation & do the tie up for placements. Ensuring Campus Interviews of Airlines, Hospitality, Airport Ground services, Travel & Customer Service

- Ensuring minimum 90% placements of students
