Education: Post-graduate management degree from a premier institute will be preferred. Experience: 18+ years of experience with at least 10 years exposure to financial services industry with a minimum of 5 years leading a business or large function. An understanding of current happenings in the payments domain including emerging international trends and innovations is a requisite. - Ability to manage a P&amp;L - Ensure operational delivery of financial and performance outcomes - Expert in Marketing and Branding concepts - Proficient understanding of operation excellence concepts (e.g. six-sigma) - Understanding of technological infrastructure involved in digital products/ platforms - Sophisticated business acumen with strong financial management skills - Demonstrated ability to lead a large team; contribute as a senior management team leader Position would also need: - Experience in managing and balancing the interest of multiple stakeholders - Ability to build strong relationships across internal and external stakeholders - Ability to develop, grow and nurture a highly motivated and result oriented team - Hands-on style of leadership with a high sense of integrity - Strong communication skills; a persuasive and passionate communicator Indian passport holders with strong experience in international markets and understanding of emerging global payment trends are welcome to apply.
