Job Title - National Operations Head

Job Level - M4/M5

Function - Professional Education & Training

Location - Delhi

Reporting to - Business Head

Purpose of the Job

- Rolling out, operating & implementing the Test Centers Project (Examination Services) nationally

- Driving, managing & giving strategic insights to operationalize & execute the project

- Client Management & meeting SLA’s

Deliverables (Maximum 5-6 key responsibilities)

1. Heading & rolling out the establishment of Test Centers Project Nationally

2. Strategies & Implement appropriate initiatives to complete all activities within budgets & in specified norms.

3. Responsible for Project P&L and meeting EBIDTA

4. Planning the project execution & delivering as per the project plan

5. Client interactions & meeting client servicing SLAs'.

Major Challenges :

- Coordinating with all stake holders

- Follow through on strategic implementation of short & long term project goals

- Operationalizing the project nationally

Accountability

Prime: Final Decision Making authority, accountable to the Management

Shared: Decisions reached jointly with peers on a collective basis

Contributory: Makes a major contribution to a decision or policy judgment reached by others

Educational Level

Must have: Graduation Degree

Preferable: MBA from an institute of repute

Working Experience

Must have: Min 15 yrs of experience in managing large projects especially of Examination Services at National Level

Impact on customers :

i) Type of customers

No. of Subordinates :

i) Direct - Cluster Heads (5-6)

ii) Indirect : Facilities Managers (4-5)
