Executive Hiring is looking for a National Manager - L&D for a Large MNC FMCG, based at Gurgaon.

A Post Graduate in HR with at least 12-15 Years of work experience in HR, of which at least 6-7 years on L&D is mandatory.

This role requires someone who should be a behavioural trainer across functions in a large FMCG/ Insurance, imparting training on the Leadership Development, Capability Building and Organisation Effectiveness..
