National Marketing Manager - Field Crops
- Responsible for leading and managing the product portfolio, driving product strategy, and ensuring the successful development, launch, and management of products.
- Define product positioning, target markets, pricing, and lifecycle management strategies based on market insights and business objectives.
- Lead the planning and execution of new product launches, working closely with cross-functional teams.
- Develop go-to-market strategies, pricing strategies, and marketing plans to drive product adoption and market penetration.
- Gather customer insights, conduct customer surveys, and use customer feedback to drive product improvements and enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including research and development, marketing, sales, supply chain, and regulatory affairs, to align product strategies and ensure successful product execution.
- Work closely with DBMs, RBM, distributors, and key customers to gather feedback, understand market needs, and address customer concerns.
- Managing vendor selection for marketing materials' design and printing, ensuring high quality and cost-effective solutions.
- Execute all market research for using the appropriate model & generate strategic business insights related to Consumer (Behavior, demographic), Product (Pricing, Pre-business).
- Insights Launch & Post Launch, Consumer Perception mapping, Campaign effectiveness, Brand Health & Market (Key Buying factors, Trends, market intelligence, New Product (Concept test) & prepare action plan.
